With profound sadness, family, friends, and the creative community mourn the passing of Roman Kasevich, a gifted video and audio producer, devoted husband, and loving father. Roman passed away on September 25, 2025, at the age of 37.

Born in 1988, Roman’s life was defined by his deep faith, creativity, and passion for music and media. He was the co-founder and producer at Ursa Digital in North Miami Beach, a company he helped establish in 2016. Through Ursa Digital, Roman provided holistic media services across TV, audio, animation, web, and design, serving a wide range of clients with excellence and integrity. His leadership and creativity made him a trusted voice in the media and production field.
Before moving to Miami, Roman served for many years at Hillsong Church Kiev in Ukraine, where he was a head of the creative department and sound producer. From 2001 to 2012, he worked across music direction, sound production, and large-scale event creation, shaping worship, conferences, concerts, and citywide events. His work with Hillsong took him across the world—from Ukraine and Russia to the United States, Europe, Australia, and New Zealand—impacting countless lives through worship and music.
Roman’s talents extended far beyond technical expertise. He was a songwriter, arranger, and musician, known for his ability to blend creativity with faith, bringing people closer to God through music. Many remember him as a natural leader, a man of strong work ethic, and a worshiper with a heart that inspired generations.
Roman leaves behind his beloved wife Natalia, and their two children, who were the joy of his life. He is also deeply mourned by his parents, Vera and Gino Kasevich, his siblings, extended family, friends, and the global worship community.
Tributes poured in after his passing. One close friend wrote:
“A great worshiper of God, Roma Kasevich has passed into eternity. Since the 90s, through him and his family, Slavic worship began. The pain is unbearable, but we know Roma is with the Father, home at last.”
Roman’s life was a testament to faith, love, and service. He finished his race with unwavering devotion, leaving behind not only a legacy of music and creativity but also a legacy of faith for his family and community.
Funeral services will be announced by the family in Miami, with additional memorial gatherings planned by the Ukrainian Christian community who loved him dearly.
May his soul rest in eternal peace.
